What's For Dinner?

Rosemary Lemon Roast Chicken, that's what! Even if you've never cooked anything at all, you can make this and look like a professional chef :) You'll need a nice sized whole roasting chicken, a lemon, some olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. I roast it in my cast iron skillet, but use what you prefer. Rinse the chicken, pat dry with paper towels, cut the lemon in half, put half inside the cavity of the chicken with a sprig of rosemary and some salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from the other half into a small bowl, and mix with an equal amount of olive oil. Pour over the chicken and rub in. Sprinkle skin of chicken with sprigs of rosemary, salt and pepper. Roast in 350 oven for 2- 2 1/2 hours. Easy easy.
I finished the Bottle Cap Charm Bracelet. I made 2 more charms for it, and used black and purple beads in between each charm. These are Halloween stickers on crepe paper cut in the shape of the bottle cap, with the edges crimped down, and sprayed with a clear acrylic spray. My daughter is modeling the bracelet for me just in case ya'll thought I might be wearing the black nail polish lol! I made purple and black bead earrings to match.
